Base Scope definition

Base Scope means the transportation facilities and all related structures and improvements to be financed, developed, designed or constructed pursuant to the terms of the Comprehensive Agreement, as more particularly described in Exhibit B-1 to the Comprehensive Agreement.
Base Scope means the total scope submitted by a Proponent to be completed for the Guaranteed Price;
Base Scope is defined in Exhibit 2 (Project Scope).

More Definitions of Base Scope

Base Scope means substantial completion of the Project work by December 31, 2012.
Base Scope means the total amount of scope submitted by each Proposer to be completed for the Available Public Funds Amount, including the Minimum Base Scope and any Additional Scope Components identified in Form M-1 submitted by the Proposer.

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.
