Base Sales definition

Base Sales shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.3(b)(ii).
Base Sales means the average amount of total quarterly gross sales of such Product by Santen and its Affiliates and Sublicensees for the […***…] immediately preceding such given calendar quarters. Base Sales means the Net Sales (as hereinafter defined) in calendar year 1998 of each Product (as hereinafter defined) sold by Digene and its Affiliates in the same Territory (as hereinafter defined) in which Abbott and its Affiliates are granted distribution rights hereunder with respect to such Product, as set forth on Schedule 1.6.

More Definitions of Base Sales
