Examples of Base Salary in a sentence
For purposes of this Agreement, the term Base Salary shall refer to Base Salary as in effect from time to time, including any increases thereto.
During the portion of the Term commencing after the Specified Expiration Date, subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be paid an annualized base salary in the amount of the Executive’s Base Salary as in effect on the Specified Expiration Date, payable in the same manner as other managing directors in the same geographic location are paid.
The Executive’s Base Salary shall be subject to annual review and increase, but not decrease, unless such decrease is in line with an across-the-board base salary decrease to all managing directors in the same geographic location as the Executive.
Except as set forth in Section 3(d)(ii) below, subject to the Executive’s right to continue to receive her Base Salary during the three-month notice period (to the extent not waived by the Firm) provided in Section 1, the Executive shall not be entitled under this Agreement to any severance payments or benefits or, in the absence of a breach of this Agreement by the Firm, any other damages under this Agreement upon termination of the Term or her employment with the Firm for any reason.
Pursuant to this Agreement, the Restricted Units are subject to a "substantial risk of forfeiture" until the termination of the Period of Restriction and, absent a deferral election by Grantee pursuant to the Base Salary Deferral Plan, shall be settled by the delivery of Shares to Grantee as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 2 1/2 months following the end of the calendar year in which the Period of Restriction terminates.
