Base Rental definition

Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:
Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Such period is called the “Renewal Term.” The Renewal Term shall be upon the same terms contained in this Lease, except that (i) Landlord shall have no obligation to provide Tenant with any Tenant Improvement Allowance or demolition in connection with the Renewal Term, (ii) the Base Rental during the Renewal Term shall be $13,060.00 and increase 3.5% annually during each year of the Renewal Term.

More Definitions of Base Rental

Base Rental means the highest minimum guaranteed rental charged during the lease term in which the adjustment of rental is computed.
