Base Rate Tranche definition

Base Rate Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b).

Base Rate Tranche means a Borrowing Tranche as to which the Base Rate is applicable.

Base Rate Tranche means a Tranche for which interest is calculated by reference to the Alternate Base Rate.

Examples of Base Rate Tranche in a sentence

• Accrued interest on each Base Rate Tranche shall be payable in arrears on the last day of each calendar month and at maturity.

• Each such Loan Notice must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than 8:00 a.m. with respect to the Borrowing of (i) Tranche A Loans and Eurocurrency Rate Tranche B Loans on the Closing Date, three Business Days prior to the Closing Date and (ii) of Base Rate Tranche B Loans, on the Closing Date.
