Base Rate Maturity Date definition

Base Rate Maturity Date means the last day of the Interest Period with respect to principal outstanding on which a Base Interest Rate has bee selected by Debtor. "BUSINESS DAY" shall mean a day which is not a Saturday or Sunday on which Bank is open for business in the state identified in paragraph 6, above, and, with respect to the rate of interest based on the LIBOR Rate, on which dealings in U.S. dollar deposits outside of the United States may be carried on by Bank. "INTEREST PERIOD" shall mean any calendar period of one, three, six, nine or twelve months.
