Base Program definition

Base Program is based on the conceptual design and further defines the final quality, quantity, functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and other requirements for the Project that are confirmed by the PMT during the Validation Phase. The Project scope includes all elements explicitly included in the Base Program and those that are reasonably necessary to accomplish the Base Program.
Base Program means the standard software without Customizations in both source and object code form belonging to Contractor or one of its Affiliates and that is identified in the Contractor Proposal, including all Releases therefor, and all documentation relating thereto.
Base Program means the Research Program as described in the Annual Research Plan.

More Definitions of Base Program

Base Program means the standard software in both source code form belonging to Vendor or one of its Related Entities and that is identified in the Vendor Proposal, including all Releases therefor, and all documentation relating thereto.

Base Program means the Contractor’s proprietary pension administration solution in the version existing as of the effective date of this Contract (i,e, standard software without Customizations) in both source and object code form belonging to Contractor or one of its Affiliates and that is identified in the Contractor Proposal, including all Releases therefor, and all documentation relating thereto.
Base Program means the required hours of attendance as specified in subclause 6.7 of this Enterprise Agreement.
Base Program has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6.2(b).

Related to Base Program

  • PACE program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.
