Base Patient Revenues definition

Base Patient Revenues as defined in Section 2.1 of the New Lease shall mean the Base Patient Revenues from the Transferred Property(ies) for the calendar year ending on December 31, 1999 as set forth on Schedule 2.1A;

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.
