Base Management Fee definition

Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;
Base Management Fee means a fee equal to one and one-half percent (1.50%) of Stockholders’ Equity per annum, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears in cash.
Base Management Fee shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 11.01A.

  • In the event that the Owner exercises its option to renew the Agreement, the Base Management Fee shall be increased by a percentage equal to the percent increase in the national Consumer Price Index (CPI) on the date of commencement of the renewal period as compared to the date at which the existing Agreement period and Base Management Fee took effect, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Base Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Base Management Fee. The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, in an amount equal to 0.15% per annum, calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Accrual Period divided by 360, of the Fee Basis Amount at the beginning of the Collection Period relating to such Payment Date.
