Base Document definition

Base Document means, for the purposes of A & I forms, the document describing the underlying contractual basis of the transaction (for example, an agreement for sale and purchase, property relationship agreement or survey plan);
Base Document means this document entitled 800 MHz Upgrade Agreement, exclusive of the Attachments listed in Section 2Incorporated Documents.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • ballot document means a ballot paper, internet voting record, telephone voting record or text voting record.

  • Specified Agreement is defined in Section 8.1(e) of the Agreement.
