Paragraph (i)(B) of the definition of “Value” shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “(i)(B) a security, the Base Currency Equivalent of the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent (or, if the Valuation Agent is a Defaulting Party and the Transferee has, by way of written notice to the Valuation Agent, nominated another entity to calculated the Value of securities, such entity) multiplied by the applicable Valuation Percentage, if any; and”.
