Base Component definition

Base Component shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.2 of -------------- the Management Agreement.
Base Component has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.
Base Component means, with respect to a given fee, the portion of such fee that represents Contractor's charge for transfer station, transport, processing, composting, or disposal and includes all Contractor's expenses, but excludes the Regulatory Fee Component.
