Base Building Architect definition

Base Building Architect means the architect for the Base Building Work, who shall be designated by Landlord.
Base Building Architect will mean Rxxxxxx, XxxXxxxx & Bxxxxxx, Inc., or such other firm which may hereafter be designated by Landlord and approved in writing by Tenant, in Tenant's reasonable discretion.
Base Building Architect means RLC Architects P.A., or such other firm (and their consultants) which may hereafter be designated by Landlord and approved in writing by Tenant, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned, that are providing design or consulting services required incident to the design and construction of the Base Building by the Landlord. Landlord will provide a copy of the contract or other written agreement between Landlord and the Base Building Architect promptly upon written request of Tenant.

  • Representatives of Landlord and Tenant shall accompany the Base Building Architect and the Base Building Contractor on a walk-through and inspection of the Premises to determine if final completion has occurred.

  • The Base Building Architect shall certify in writing the date of Substantial Completion, and Landlord shall cause a copy of such certification to be delivered to Tenant.

  • Representatives of Landlord and Tenant shall accompany the Base Building Architect and the Base Building Contractor on a walk-through and inspection of the Premises (the “Substantial Completion Inspection”) when the Base Building Architect and Base Building Contractor determine if Substantial Completion of the Shell Components and Core Components has occurred.

  • Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Base Building Architect and Base Building Engineers to work in good faith with Tenant to prepare and deliver the proposed Base Building Drawings to Landlord and Tenant for review and approval in accordance with the Project Schedule.

  • Landlord shall have the right to replace The Richmond Group, the Base Building Architect, and the TI Architect, provided the replacement TI Architect and general contractor for the Tenant Improvements will be subject to the written consent of Tenant, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • Accordingly, SCA agrees to afford reasonable cooperation to the School Base Building Architect so that the School Base Building Architect may develop an exterior signage plan for the Public School that meets SCA’s functional requirements and is also integrated with the overall exterior signage plan for the Building.

Base Building Architect means TVS-Design, together with any replacements thereof selected by Construction Agent and approved by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Related to Base Building Architect

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.
