Barter Agreements definition

Barter Agreements means contracts for the sale of time on the Stations in exchange for programming.

Schedule 1.1(d) contains (a) the term of each such Barter Agreement which is a Material Contract; (b) the portion of each such Barter Agreement that is unperformed or partially unperformed by Seller, and (c) the portion of each such Barter Agreement that is unperformed or partially unperformed by all Parties other than Seller.
