Bargaining Unit Employee definition

Bargaining Unit Employee or “Bargaining Unit Member” means a person occupying a position covered by the ASEA Management Unit (ASEAMU) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Bargaining Unit Employee. All probationary and regular classified employees in the bargaining unit as set forth in Article 1 and who are represented by CCE/AFT. Bargaining Unit Employee. The term "bargaining unit employee" shall mean any COUNTY employee who is a member of the bargaining unit as described in Article 1, RECOGNITION, Section A.
