Bargaining Committee definition

Bargaining Committee. Means the members of MSEA who are selected, as directed by the Board, to be a steering committee for the bargaining teams, and liaison between the teams and membership.
Bargaining Committee means a committee of up to four Bargaining Agents which shall act as the representative of the Association in matters of negotiating all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
