Bargaining Agreements definition

Bargaining Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(a).
Bargaining Agreements means collective bargaining agreements listed on Schedule 3.17(b) that the applicable Seller has with AFTRA, IATSE, IBEW, and DGA covering the Station's bargaining unit employees.
