Bareboat Charter definition

Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter contract between an Owner and the Bareboat Charterer relating to a Vessel, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
Bareboat Charter means the use of a Southsea Ventures Ltd vessel, as described on the front of this Agreement, for leisure use only. Any use of the Vessel for commercial gain is unacceptable.
