Banking Customer definition

Banking Customer means a customer of the Bank who is a Consumer or a Microenterprise;
Banking Customer means any person or entity while under a written agreement with the Insured Entity, or who submitted a written application to the Insured Entity, for Banking Services, in exchange for a fee, commission or other monetary consideration; provided, however, that the Insured may:
