Bank Regulators definition

Bank Regulators means the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any successor thereto, the Federal Reserve Board, the State of Nevada Financial Institutions Division, or any other federal or state regulatory agency with authority over the Company, the Business or Service1st Bank of Nevada;
Bank Regulators means Federal or state Governmental Entities charged with the supervision or regulation of banks or bank holding companies or engaged in the insurance of bank deposits.
Bank Regulators means Federal Reserve Board, the FDIC, the OCC and the Pennsylvania Department.

Bank Regulators means the Commissioner, the FRB and other bank regulatory agencies, if any, responsible for reviewing and approving the Conversion, including the ownership of the Bank by the Stock Holding Company.
