Bank Products Documents definition

Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Borrower Parties in connection with any of the Bank Products and shall include the Lender Hedge Agreements.

Bank Products Documents shall have the meaning provided in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

Bank Products Documents means any instrument or agreement now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with any (i) any Cash Management Services provided by the ABL Agent, any ABL Lender or any of their respective Affiliates to any member of the Borrower Affiliated Group (as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement), and (ii) any Bank Product provided by the ABL Agent, any ABL Lender or any of their respective Affiliates to any member of the Borrower Affiliated Group (as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement), each as amended and in effect from time to time.
Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Credit Parties in connection with any of the Bank Products. “Bank Products Obligations” means any debts, liabilities and obligations as existing from time to time of any Credit Party arising from or in connectionwith any Bank Products under any Bank Product Document and, if Agent or any Lender ceases to be Agent or a Lender, as applicable, any debts, liabilitiesand obligations as existing from time to time of any Credit Party to Agent or such Lender, as applicable, arising from or in connection with any Bank Product Documents entered into at a time when Agent was Agent or such Lender was a Lender, as applicable.
Bank Products Documents means all agreements entered into from time to time by the Borrower Parties in connection with any of the BankProducts and shall include the Lender Hedge Agreements and the Lender Commodity Hedge Agreements.

  • Bank Products Provider means any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that provides Bank Products to the Borrower or any other Loan Party.

  • Loan Document Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment by the Borrower of (i) the principal of and interest (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) on the Loans, when and as due, whether at maturity, by acceleration, upon one or more dates set for prepayment or otherwise, (ii) each payment required to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit, when and as due, including payments in respect of reimbursement of disbursements, interest thereon and obligations to provide cash collateral and (iii) all other monetary obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, including obligations to pay fees, expense reimbursement obligations (including with respect to attorneys’ fees) and indemnification obligations, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), (b) the due and punctual performance of all other obligations of the Borrower under or pursuant to this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents and (c) the due and punctual payment and performance of all the obligations of each other Loan Party under or pursuant to each of the Loan Documents (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), in each case of clauses (a), (b) and (c), whether now or hereafter owing.

  • Secured Hedging Obligations means the obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Hedge Bank pursuant to Secured Hedge Agreements.

  • Bank Product Provider means Xxxxx Fargo or any of its Affiliates.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Credit Agreements means any promissory note, mortgage, loan agreement, indenture or similar instrument or agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or becomes a borrower, as such instruments or agreements may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and including any one or more refinancing or replacements thereof, in whole or in part, with any other debt facility or debt obligation, for as long as the payee or creditor to whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries owes such obligation is not an Affiliate of the Company.
