Bank Product Reserves definition

Bank Product Reserves means all reserves which the Agent from time to time establishes in its reasonable discretion for the Bank Products then provided or outstanding.
Bank Product Reserves means such reserves as the Agent from time to time determines in its Permitted Discretion as being appropriate to reflect the liabilities and obligations of the Loan Parties with respect to Bank Products then provided or outstanding.
Bank Product Reserves means, as of any date of determination, those reserves that Agent deems necessary or appropriate to establish (based upon the Bank Product Providers’ determination of the liabilities and obligations of Borrower and its Subsidiaries in respect of Bank Product Obligations) in respect of Bank Products then provided or outstanding.
