Bank Product Obligations definition

Bank Product Obligations means, collectively, all obligations and other liabilities of any Loan Party to any Bank Product Provider arising with respect to any Bank Products.
Bank Product Obligations means all obligations, liabilities, contingent reimbursement obligations, fees, and expenses owing by the Borrower or any Subsidiary to the Bank or any Affiliate of the Bank pursuant to or evidenced by the Bank Product Agreements and irrespective of whether for the payment of money, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising.

  • The Administrative Agent shall maintain an account on its books in the name of the Borrower (the “Loan Account”) on which the Borrower will be charged with all Loans made by the Lenders (or the Administrative Agent on behalf thereof) to the Borrower or for the Borrower’s account and all interest, fees, and expenses (in each case, as and when payable hereunder or under the other Loan Documents (which shall exclude Bank Product Obligations)).
