Bank Product definition

Bank Product means any financial accommodation extended to Borrower or its Subsidiaries by a Bank Product Provider (other than pursuant to the Agreement) including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards, (e) ACH Transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) transactions under Hedge Agreements.
Bank Product means any of the following bank products and services provided by any Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, “commercial credit cards” and purchasing cards), (b) store value cards, and (c) depository, cash management, and treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).
Bank Product means any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries by a Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards (including commercial cards (including so-called “purchase cards”, “procurement cards” or “p-cards”)), (b) payment card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) Cash Management Services, or (f) transactions under Hedge Agreements.

  • Except for notices, reports, and other documents expressly herein required to be furnished to the Lenders by the Agents, the Agents shall not have any duty or responsibility to provide any Lender (or any Bank Product Provider) with any credit or other information concerning the business, prospects, operations, property, financial and other condition or creditworthiness of the Borrower and any other Person party to a Loan Document that may come into the possession of any of the Agent-Related Persons.

  • Each Bank Product Provider shall be deemed a third party beneficiary hereof and of the provisions of the other Loan Documents for purposes of any reference in a Loan Document to the parties for whom an Agent is acting.

The Bank Product Amount may be changed from time to time upon written notice to the Agent by the Bank Product Provider. Any Bank Product established from and after the time that the Lenders have received written notice from the Company or the Agent that an Event of Default exists, until such Event of Default has been waived in accordance with Section 9.1, shall not be included as “Credit Party Obligations” for purposes of a distribution under Section 2.11(b).
Bank Product means any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to the Company or its Subsidiaries by a holder of ABL Credit Facility Obligations or an affiliate of such person: (a) credit cards (including commercial cards (including so-called “purchase cards”, “procurement cards” or “p-cards”)), (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) cash management services, (f) supply chain financing, or (g) transactions under Hedge Agreements.
Bank Product means any of the following products, services or facilities extended to Holdings, the Parent Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary (as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement) by a lender under the Revolving Credit Agreement or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (c) other banking products or services as may be requested by Holdings, the Parent Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit and Hedging Agreements.
