Bank Partner definition

Bank Partner means Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank, a Utah state chartered bank, or any additional or successor originating bank as shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.
Bank Partner means (i) Republic Bank & Trust, (ii) TAB Bank and (iii) any other banking institutions approved by Administrative Agent in writing, in its sole discretion, to be an originator of any Bank Program Receivables.
Bank Partner means each of (a) Stride Bank and (b) any Additional Bank Partner.
