Bank of America Concentration Account definition

Bank of America Concentration Account has the meaning provided therefor in Section 2.21(d).
Bank of America Concentration Account means a DDA established by the Borrower with Bank of America and with respect to which the Collateral Agent has control (as defined in the UCC) pursuant to a Blocked Account Agreement.
Bank of America Concentration Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Senior Subsidiary Security Agreement.

  • The Bank of America Concentration Account is and shall remain, a Blocked Account.
