Bank Documents definition

Bank Documents means (a) this GR Reimbursement Agreement, (b) the Letter of Credit, and (c) all certificates, opinions, financing statements and other documents or instruments made or delivered in accordance with any of the foregoing agreements, each as amended from time to time in accordance with their respective terms and with this GR Reimbursement Agreement.
Bank Documents means the Letter of Credit, the Reimbursement Agreement, the Mortgage, the Bond Pledge Agreement, the Security Agreement and any other document now or hereafter executed by the Issuer, the Company or any Guarantor in favor of the Bank which affects the rights of the Bank in or to the Project Facility, in whole or in part, or which secures or guarantees any sum due under any Bank Document.
Bank Documents means the Bank Credit Agreement, the Bank Collateral Agreement, the Secured Hedging Agreements, the Secured Treasury Management Agreement and each other agreement, document or instrument executed in connection with the Bank Credit Agreement or the Bank Collateral Agreement.

  • All remedies provided for in this GR Reimbursement Agreement are cumulative and shall be in addition to any and all other rights and remedies available under the Authority Documents, the Bank Documents or any other document or at law or equity.
