Bank Customer definition

Bank Customer means any individual who has or had a banking relationship with Bank that was not originated through the Program or acquired under the Purchase Agreement.
Bank Customer means a consumer within the meaning laid down in Article 2(1) of the Law on Consumer Protection, approved by Decree-Law 24/96, of 31 July, as amended by Decree-Law 67/2003, of 8 April, intervening as a borrower in a credit agreement;
Bank Customer means any Person with respect to which Bank issues private label or co-branded credit cards as part of a private label or co-branded credit card program between Bank and such Person as of the day before such Person becomes a Bank Client.

  • Customer agrees that if requested by Bank, Customer will complete a self-assessment of Customer’s operations, management, staff, systems, internal controls, training and risk management practices that would otherwise be reviewed by Bank in an audit of Customer.

  • Unless otherwise instructed by Bank, Customer agrees not to deposit the original Check if an Image or other debit as previously described is charged back to Customer.

  • Upon request by Bank, Customer hereby authorizes Bank to enter Customer’s business premises for the purpose of ensuring that Customer is in compliance with this Agreement and Customer specifically authorizes Bank to perform an audit of Customer’s operational controls, risk management practices, staffing and the need for training and ongoing support, and information technology infrastructure.

  • To the extent that additional terms and conditions are provided to you for specific services under this Agreement, the additional terms shall control to the extent that they do not conflict with this Bank Customer Agreement.

  • In addition, should Customer at any time receive or acquire any information relating to another Customer of Bank, Customer shall promptly return such information to Bank and not reveal such information to any other party and shall not make use of such information for its own benefit.


More Definitions of Bank Customer

Bank Customer means every private individual or legal entity with worsened credit worthiness, meaning whose repayment sources have decreased to the extent that debt settlement to the bank has been prevented or will be prevented if this comes as a result of the negative effect of the “COVID-19” pandemic.
