Bank Collateral Agent definition

Bank Collateral Agent means Bank of America, N.A. and any successor under the Credit Agreement, or if there is no Credit Agreement, the “Collateral Agent” designated pursuant to the terms of any ABL Facility.
Bank Collateral Agent means the collateral agent for the lenders and other secured parties under the Senior Credit Facilities, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Senior Credit Facilities.
