Bank Agents definition

Bank Agents has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2.8. hereof.

Bank Agents means the Persons acting as the duly authorized representatives of the Lenders pursuant to any of the Credit Facilities then outstanding under clause (1) of the definition of “Permitted Debt.”

• Nothing contained herein shall constitute a waiver of, impair or otherwise affect any Obligations, any other obligation of the Borrower or any rights of the Bank Agents or the Banks consequent thereon.
