Bancorp Common Stock definition

Bancorp Common Stock means the common stock, $1.00 par value per share of Bancorp.
Bancorp Common Stock shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.5(a) hereof.
Bancorp Common Stock means the common stock, no par value per share, of BANCORP.

  • The Agreement provides for the merger of the Company with and into Val Cor Bancorporation, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zions Bancorp (the "Merger") and the conversion of outstanding shares of Company Stock into Zions Bancorp Common Stock and cash in lieu of fractional shares in accordance with the formula therein set forth.
