Bancorp Board definition

Bancorp Board means the Board of Directors of Bancorp.
Bancorp Board has the meaning set forth on the first page hereof.
Bancorp Board means the Board of Trustees of Bancorp (before the Conversion) and the Board of Directors of Bancorp (after the Conversion).
