Balloon Instalment definition

Balloon Instalment has the meaning given in Clause 8.1;

Balloon Instalment has the meaning ascribed thereto in clause 4.1;

Balloon Instalment has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1 (Repayment of Loan).

Examples of Balloon Instalment in a sentence

• The Balloon Instalment replaces the corresponding consecutive twelve (multiple of twelve) standard lease instalment.

• Each partial prepayment made after the Termination Date shall be applied to reduce pro rata each Repayment Instalment and the Balloon Instalment.

• The first Repayment Instalment shall be repaid on 30 June 2013, each subsequent Repayment Instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last Repayment Instalment shall be repaid, together with the Balloon Instalment, on 30 March 2018.
