Balloon Date definition

Balloon Date means any maturity or principal payment date or any date on which a holder may elect to have Balloon Indebtedness redeemed, prepaid, purchased directly or indirectly by the Borrower, or otherwise paid, in a Balloon Year.
Balloon Date means any date of a Principal Installment or any date on which a Holder may elect to have Balloon Obligations redeemed, prepaid, purchased directly or indirectly by the Metropolitan Government, or otherwise paid, in a Balloon Year.

Examples of Balloon Date in a sentence

  • For the purpose of calculating the Debt Service Requirement on Balloon Obligations not described in the preceding sentence, the principal payable on such Bonds during the Balloon Year shall be calculated as if paid on the Balloon Date.

Balloon Date means any Principal Maturity Date or Put Date on which more than 25% of the Principal of related Balloon Bonds mature or are subject to mandatory redemption or could, at the option of the Registered Owners, be required to be redeemed, prepaid, purchased directly or indirectly by the Water District, or otherwise paid.

Related to Balloon Date

  • Balloon Payment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Balloon Payments means with respect to any loan constituting Indebtedness, any required principal payment of such loan which is payable at the maturity of such Indebtedness, provided, however, that the final payment of a fully amortized loan shall not constitute a Balloon Payment.

  • Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.

  • Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.

  • Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have been made).
