Backup Special Tax definition

Backup Special Tax means the Special Tax applicable to each Assessor's Parcel of Developed Property, as determined in accordance with Section C below.
Backup Special Tax means the Special Tax applicable to each Assessor’s Parcel of Developed Property within IA No. 2, as determined in accordance with Section C below.
Backup Special Tax means the Special Tax applicable to each Assessor’s Parcel of Developed Property, as determined in accordance with Section C.1.(d) and Section C.1.(e) below.

Examples of Backup Special Tax in a sentence

  • The Backup Special Tax was established for the contingency of a shortfall in revenues resulting from significant changes in development densities.

  • For Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property, compute the Assigned Special Tax and Backup Special Tax applicable for the Assessor’s Parcel to be prepaid.

  • The contingency for which the Backup Special Tax was established does not exist and hence, all discussion of maximum tax rates for Developed Property focuses on the Assigned Special Tax.

  • Technically, Section C states that the maximum special tax for a parcel of Developed Property is equal to the greater of (i) the "Backup Special Tax" or (ii) the Assigned Special Tax.

More Definitions of Backup Special Tax

Backup Special Tax means the Special Tax set forth in Section C.3 below that may be levied on Undeveloped Property pursuant to Step 4 of Section D of this RMA.
