Backbone Infrastructure definition

Backbone Infrastructure means the underlying high speed transport nodes of a multilevel distributed network, providing connectivity of communication services for the rest of the networks, and may consist of gateways packet, message, or circuit switched and are nationally, regionally and internationally connected by radio, satellite and fibre”.

Backbone Infrastructure means those certain Group A Facilities and Group B Facilities as depicted, respectively, in Exhibits E-1 and E-2, and described in Exhibit E-3, of the Amended DA, subject to modification as set forth in Section 2.2 of the ARMIA.

Backbone Infrastructure has the meaning assigned to that term in the ARMIA.

More Definitions of Backbone Infrastructure

Backbone Infrastructure means those infrastructure improvements which both: (a) are constructed or to be constructed (i) on, to or within the Premises Common Area that serve multiple Phases or multiple Parcels within a Phase or (ii) outside the Premises that are, in the reasonable opinion of Tenant, required to partially or fully serve any portion of the Premises, and (b) consist of (i) the main lines (but not lateral lines serving only Improvements on a single Parcel) for Utilities (including water mains, reclaimed water mains, sanitary sewer mains and storm drainage mains), or (ii) Streets and Roadways.

Backbone Infrastructure has the meaning given in Recital V.

Backbone Infrastructure means those improvements shown and/or described in the Infrastructure Plan, as set forth in Exhibit “E”, and which are, generally, infrastructure improvements of a comprehensive scale that are a part of the overall development of the Planned Community and not merely a part of the development of any particular Phase or Subdivision. Unless otherwise excepted in the Infrastructure Plan, Backbone Infrastructure is considered to be in the nature of “System Improvements” as defined in Utah Code Xxx. § 11-36a-102(22), (2021).

Backbone Infrastructure means the electrical distribution facilities typically consisting of main three-phase feeder lines and/or cables, conduit, duct banks, manholes, switching cabinets and capacitor banks.

Backbone Infrastructure for a Parcel shall mean those components of infrastructure, including off-site roadway improvements, described in Exhibit I, that are within, or are necessary to serve planned development within, the Parcel.
