B Units definition

B Units issued by VISA in exchange for the trusted SHARES, as well as those issued free of charge for any operation or that are issued in right of first refusal for capital stock increase and that correspond to the referred SHARES, in any event with all property and corporate rights.
B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).

More Definitions of B Units

B Units are those units which were launched on 28 January 2005. The B Units will be invoiced separately by the Manager in respect of any management fee due. The B Units will only be offered to investors who are clients of the Manager or its affiliates and have a discretionary management agreement covering the charging structure relevant to the Holders' investments in such units. B Units will bear their pro-rata share of the fees payable to the Administrator, Trustee and any other additional costs.
B Units means the B Units being offered for sale under this Prospectus at a price of $500 per B Unit, each of which consists of 1,000 Common Shares and 1,000 Warrants.
