Azure Services or “Azure” means one or more of the Microsoft services and features identified at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/, and any updates, new versions and successors to such services or features.

Azure Services refers to the cloud computing platform hosting service provided by Microsoft Corporation and/or its affiliates (“Microsoft”) to you pursuant to an agreement entered into by and between Microsoft and you. "Azure Terms and Policies" refers to all the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies applicable to you resulting from the Order and from your subscription to, and use of, Azure Services, including the Agreement with Microsoft, acceptable use policy, site terms, content terms, and service terms.

Examples of Azure Services in a sentence

  • In case of a change of the cloud computing services provider, the Provider will ensure the level of data protection under the new cloud computing services will be commensurate with Microsoft Azure Services.

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Pre-Service Claim means a claim for a medical care benefit with respect to which the plan conditions receipt of the benefit, in whole or in part, on approval of the benefit in advance of receipt of care.

  • COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
