Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.
HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.
Contracting agent means the governing body of a
Contracting entity means any person that has a primary business purpose of contracting with participating providers for the delivery of health care services.
Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).
Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.
Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.
Originating Party means the Party, including any entity which provides Classified Information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in its state;
Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.
works contract means a contract for building, construction, fabrication, completion, erection, installation, fitting out, improvement, modification, repair, maintenance, renovation, alteration or commissioning of any immovable property wherein transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) is involved in the execution of such contract;
Contracting agency means the principal departments in the Executive Branch of the State Government, and any division, board, bureau, office, commission or other instrumentality within or created by such department, or any independent State authority, commission, instrumentality or agency, or any State college or university, any county college, or any local unit; with respect to this Contract, the contracting agency shall mean the Division;
Contracting Authority means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.
contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.
