Award Units definition

Award Units means Stock Units credited pursuant to Sections 5.1 and 5.2 and any Dividend Equivalents credited thereon pursuant to Section 5.3.

Award Units means Book Value Units which are issued pursuant to, and with such restrictions as are imposed by, the terms of this Plan.

More Definitions of Award Units

Award Units means, in respect of an Entitled Executive, the units allocated pursuant to Section 4 Allocation of Award Units.
