Award Recipients definition

Award Recipients means for profit or non-profit businesses, political subdivisions, governmental entities, or other entities that received a state award for economic development administered by ODSA and entered into an award agreement.

Examples of Award Recipients in a sentence

  • For income tax purposes, the Parties agree that, if required by law, settlement awards to the Award Recipients shall be allocated as non-wage income and shall not be subject to required withholdings and deductions.

  • As part of its Fee Application, Class Counsel will seek the Court’s approval of a “Service Award” of up to $5,000 for the Class Representative, to be paid from the Settlement Amount, for her time and effort spent conferring with Class Counsel, pursuing the Action in her own name, and recovering compensation on behalf of the Award Recipients.

Related to Award Recipients

  • Grantee means the Party receiving funds under this Contract. May also be referred to as "Contractor" in certain attachments.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • Award Date means the date upon which the Committee took the action granting an Award or such later date as the Committee designates as the Award Date at the time of the Award.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Grant Recipient means a nonprofit or governmental organization that receives funds to operate a center pursuant to this act.

  • Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.
