Award Questionnaire definition

Award Questionnaire means the questionnaire set out in Appendix 1 of this ITT;
Award Questionnaire means the award questionnaire and as set out in the e-Sourcing Suite;
Award Questionnaire means the questionnaire set out in Appendix 1 comprising Part 1: General Questions and Part 2: Lot Specific Questions;

  • If only one responsible offer is received in response to a solicitation using competitive procedures, and the award exceeds $250,000, the contracting officer must complete a One-Bid Award Questionnaire within seven days of email notification from the DHS Enterprise Reporting Application (ERA) and ensure information in the contract file supports the responses.
