Award Opportunity definition

Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.

Award Opportunity means the various levels of incentive awards which a Participant may earn under the Plan, as established by the Committee pursuant to Section 5.1.

Award Opportunity means an opportunity granted by the Committee to a Participant to earn a Long-Term Incentive Bonus under the Plan with respect to a Performance Period, payable in Shares to be delivered under the Stock Incentive Plan, with such opportunity subject to the terms and conditions of the Award Agreement, the Plan, the Performance Bonus Plan and the Stock Incentive Plan.

More Definitions of Award Opportunity

Award Opportunity means the range of possible Bonus Awards that a Participant may earn under the Plan, as established by the Committee pursuant to Article IV.

Award Opportunity means an opportunity granted by the Committee under the Plan to an Eligible Executive to earn a Short-Term Incentive Bonus under this Plan with respect to a Performance Period, payable in cash and subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan and the Performance Bonus Plan.
