Award Limit definition

Award Limit means with respect to Awards that shall be payable in Shares or in cash, as the case may be, the respective limit set forth in Section 3.3.
Award Limit means 250,000 shares of Common Stock, as adjusted pursuant to Section 11.3; provided, however, that solely with respect to Performance Awards granted pursuant to Section 8.2(b), Award Limit shall mean $1,000,000.
Award Limit means 500,000 shares of Common Stock.

  • To the extent required by Section 162(m) of the Code, Shares subject to Awards which are canceled shall continue to be counted against the Award Limit.

More Definitions of Award Limit

Award Limit means five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of Common Stock, as adjusted pursuant to Section 12.3; provided, however, that each share of Common Stock subject to an Award shall be counted as one share against the Award Limit.
