Award Agreement definition

Award Agreement means the written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan. The Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

• By accepting this Award Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Award shall be subject to the requirements of the S&P Global Inc.
