Contractor certifies that it and its principals are not suspended or debarred from doing business with the state or federal government as listed on the State of Texas Debarred Vendor List maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and the System for Award Management (XXX) maintained by the General Services Administration.
This Award is subject to any incentive compensation clawback or recoupment policy currently in effect or as may be adopted by the Board, and in each case, as may be amended from time to time.
Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
The Offeror shall review the list of excluded parties in the System for Award Management (XXX) (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov) for entities excluded from receiving federal awards for "covered telecommunications equipment or services".
