Avoidance Claims definition

Avoidance Claims means Causes of Action or defenses arising under any of sections 502, 510, 541, 542, 543, 544, 545, 547, 548, 549, 550, 551, or 553 of the Bankruptcy Code, or under similar or related state or federal statutes and common law, including fraudulent transfer laws, whether or not litigation has been commenced as of the Confirmation Date to prosecute such Causes of Action.
Avoidance Claims means Causes of Action against Persons arising under any of sections 502, 510, 541, 542, 543, 544, 545, 547, 548 through 551 and 553 of the Bankruptcy Code, or under similar or related state or federal statutes and common law, including fraudulent transfer laws, whether or not litigation has been commenced as of the Confirmation Date to prosecute such Avoidance Claims.
