Average Trading Price definition

Average Trading Price means, with respect to any period, the average of the Market Prices on the last trading day of each full or partial calendar quarter included within such period.
Average Trading Price means the average of the per share closing price of the Shares on the Nasdaq during the five consecutive trading days ending on (and including) the trading day that is one trading day prior to such date.
Average Trading Price means the average of the Market Prices on the last trading day of each full or partial calendar quarter covered by an Election Period; provided, however, that with respect to the Election Period beginning on July 29, 2003, “Average Trading Price” shall mean the average of the Market Price on November 7, 2003 and the Market Price on the last trading day of the last full or partial calendar quarter covered by that Election Period.

More Definitions of Average Trading Price

Average Trading Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Average Trading Price means, if the securities are then traded on a national securities exchange, the average of the Closing Prices of the securities on such exchange over the ten (10) Trading Day period ending five (5) trading days prior to the measurement date, and if the securities are actively traded over-the-counter, then the average of the closing bid prices of the securities over the ten (10) Trading Day period ending five (5) Trading Days prior to the measurement date.
Average Trading Price means, on any date of determination, the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock over the 90 day period prior to such date.
Average Trading Price means, as of a specified date, the average of the daily high and low closing prices of AlliedSignal Common Stock as reported on the NYSE Composite Tape on each of the twenty (20) consecutive trading days immediately preceding (and not including) such date.
Average Trading Price means the average closing bid price of the Company’s common stock for a period of 20 consecutive trading days prior to the Loan Closing Date.
