Average monthly discharge definition

Average monthly discharge means the total mass or flow-weighted concentration of all daily discharges sampled or measured during a calendar month on which daily discharges are sampled and measured, divided by the number of daily discharges sampled and/or measured during such month. The average monthly discharge limitation is the highest allowable average monthly discharge for any calendar month.
