Available Period definition

Available Period means the period of time that the “Parking” will be accessible and the Parking Services available for Customers, as indicated through the PMP.
Available Period refers to the Revolving Credit Facility and means the period from and including the Effective Date to the earliest of (i) the Termination Date, (ii) the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05, and (iii) the date of termination of the commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender to make Revolving Credit Loans pursuant to Section 8.02.

Such amount shall be determined separately for each Loan Group. Additionally, with respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, if on any Distribution Date Compensating Interest provided pursuant to this Section 3.16(e) is less than Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in connection with Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments made in the prior calendar month, such Compensating Interest shall be allocated on such Distribution Date to the Available Distribution Amount for each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the respective amounts of such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group in respect of such Distribution Date.

  • Run-Out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
